End of August, the first batches of our new Coating Resins were successfully produced in pilot scale at our European upscaling partner. A major milestone has been reached, as we are now in semi-industrial scale with our bio-based, isocyanate-free polyurethane (NIPU) resins.
The products – CYCLICOR CR 8000 and CR 8005 – are solventborne coating resins intended for automotive and industrial plastic & steel applications, where strong adhesion to difficult substrates, extreme scratch and abrasion resistance as well as chemical resistance are required.
We will launch these new products at the upcoming Paints and Coating Exhibition in Milano October 28-29, 2026, where we will be exhibiting with our Italian partner Yggdrasil Italia.
